Crafted by roasting Sencha leaves and stems over high heat, Hojicha transforms into a smooth, nutty infusion with notes of toasted grain, caramel, and soft earth. Low in caffeine and naturally calming, it delivers a comforting cup that feels both restorative and deeply satisfying. Brewing directions:
1 teaspoon per cup (250ml)
80–85°C for 3 minutes
1 cup for enjoyment, 2–3 cups for gentle therapeutic support

Infuse one teaspoon of GREEN SENCHA Tea leaves in a pot/infuser for 30 seconds to 1 minute in filtered water and brew below boiling point, around 80ºC. Use of boiling water will result in bitterness. Enjoy without milk or sugar. Sip and relax.
