Brewing directions:
1 teaspoon per cup (250ml)
100°C for 8–10 minutes
Best taken in the evening or as needed

Infuse one teaspoon of Cleanse Tea in a pot/infuser for 8-12 minutes.
Sip & relax. Add honey or lemon to taste.
