Where calm meets clarity, this restorative nervine blend is designed to steady the mind while gently lifting mood and mental energy. A soft, herbaceous infusion of chamomile and passionflower is layered with the subtle brightness of rosemary and the grounding depth of skullcap, creating a beautifully balanced cup that soothes without dulling. Crafted to support the nervous system during times of stress, overwhelm, or depletion, this blend works to nourish, restore, and gently elevate from within. Beyond its calming flavour, it offers targeted support: passionflower and skullcap relax frazzled nerves, St John’s wort supports mood and emotional balance, while rosemary enhances circulation and cognitive clarity. A daily ritual to soften tension, strengthen resilience, and bring the body back into calm focus.

Brewing directions:
1 teaspoon per cup (250ml)
100°C for 8–10 minutes
1 cup for enjoyment, 2–3 cups for therapeutic benefit

Infuse one teaspoon of Elevate Tea in a pot/infuser for 8-12 minutes.
